Terms & Conditions

1. For day tours, bookings require a non-refundable deposit of 35% to secure your reservation. Any remaining balance is due before or on the day of the trip. Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance will not be refunded.

Ireland Casual Travels is not liable for any loss, damage, or injury during the tour. We recommend travelers to have travel insurance coverage for added protection.

Bus Tour Company Terms and Conditions

1. Introduction This contract is between Irish Casual Travels, located at Kilpedder, Co. Wicklow Ireland and the customer (referred to as “Customer”). By booking a tour with Irish Casual Travels the Customer agrees to the following terms and conditions.

2. Bookings and Reservations

• All bookings are subject to availability.
• A non-refundable deposit of 35% of total amount agreed is required at the time of booking.
• Full payment must be made 14 Days  before the tour date.

3. Payment Terms

• Payments can be made via [Payment Methods].
• A confirmation email will be sent upon receipt of payment.

4. Changes and Cancellations by the Company

• Irish Casual Travels reserves the right to cancel or modify the tour due to unforeseen circumstances.
• In case of cancellation, a full refund will be provided.

5. Changes and Cancellations by the Customer

• Cancellations made 14 days before the tour will receive a full refund less deposit paid.
• No refunds will be given for cancellations made less than 7 days before the tour.
• Partial refund may be considered less than 14 days but greater than 7 days.

6. Limitation of Liabilities

• Irish Casual Travels is not responsible for any personal injury, loss, or damage during the tour.
• The Customer is responsible for their personal belongings.

7. Customer Conduct

• Customers are expected to behave respectfully and follow the guide’s instructions.
• Irish Casual Travels reserves the right to remove any customer who is disruptive or poses a threat to others.

8. Special Requests

• Any special requests must be communicated at the time of booking.
• Irish Casual Travels will try to accommodate requests but cannot guarantee them.

9. Data Protection

• Customer information will be kept confidential and used only for booking purposes.
• Irish Casual Travels complies with all data protection and GDPR regulations.

10. Complaints

• Any complaints should be reported to the tour guide or company representative immediately.
• Complaints can also be submitted in writing to info@irishcasualtravels.com
